Please use this form to CHANGE a date or to CANCEL an announcement previously submitted for the bulletin/link/website/social media. Please use this form in place of a phone call or email, although a phone call or email is welcome for follow up.

Monthly Bulletin Request Form

Use this form to submit ministry announcements for the monthly bulletin. Deadline: First Tuesday of the month for the following month's bulletin (e.g., Jan. announcements due on the 1st Tues. of Feb.). Each form has assigned team members. For inquiries, email Emily Graff.
