How do I plan to attend an on-campus service?
  1. In accordance with CDC guidelines, we ask that you and your family consider wearing a cloth face covering or mask to service, if you have them available
  2. Our sanctuary will be arranged according to the 25% occupancy guideline. We will seat all attendees with their family/party at a socially safe distance from all other parties. Those who attend an on-campus service will need to make a reservation for themselves and their families/party before arriving. Please note that all children beyond the age of sitting on a parent/guardian lap (discretion of age left to parent/guardian), will need a reservation.  So don’t forget to register them as well.
What can I expect upon arrival?
Upon arrival, we ask that you remain in your car momentarily so that our team can guide you safely inside. Once met by our team member, you will be asked to show your reservation (via phone) as well as confirm that all party members have arrived. Once all members have arrived, our team will usher you and your party from your car seat directly to your designated sanctuary seat for the worship gathering. At all times, we will assist you in navigating the environment in a way that is socially acceptable, maintaining six feet between you and other attendees. Doors open 30 minutes before your service time so that our team can guide you to your seat in-time for service to begin.

What will church look like for my child?
As recommended by the Governor, these will be family style services - meaning that all children will be joining us in the main sanctuary. In every service, there will be a segment specifically for children, where they will hear from our children’s pastor, Pastor Tony Velasquez. With fun and creativity, he will briefly share a truth from God’s Word in a way that your child can understand and apply to their world.

Will there be bathrooms open?
Yes! We will have bathrooms open, once you enter the building. Please ensure that all 6-feet distancing guidelines are followed when traveling to or from the bathroom facility.

What additional precautions is Faith Family Church taking?
In accordance with our Governor’s recommendations, we’ll be taking the following precautions to ensure you and your family are safe and secure, while worshipping on-campus:
  • In accordance with CDC guidelines, we are encouraging all those within our church family and community who are considered high-risk to please consider worshipping with us online. We care about you!
  • We are encouraging all who are attending a service on-campus to please consider wearing a mask, if available.
  • We will keep all of our services within the guideline of 25% building occupancy (or approx.. 500 people), with designated seats for each family and adequate spacing between each attending family. Our team will guide you through a social-distancing safe process upon your arrival to and departure from service.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available in every entrance lobby. Every chair, bathroom, and entry way will be sanitized in-between our service gatherings.
  • If you have had one of the following symptoms this week, please help us minimize risk by worshipping with us online, and know your church family is here for you for any Pastoral care needs:
