Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress… James 1:27

We consider it a privilege to have the opportunity to partner with Casa Angelina near the city of Antigua, Guatemala in rescuing, caring for, and educating children who have found themselves without a father or mother.

In 2004, our church family sponsored the construction of the Faith Family House at Casa Angelina which houses 30 girls. Each month, we provide for the continued nourishment, shelter, clothing and education of these girls. And, each year we send a team to Guatemala to assist in maintenance and construction as well as minister to the children who find their home there.

Most of the children who come to Casa Angelina come from the streets where they have been abandoned by their families. Most come malnourished, many abused and many suffering from the effects of glue sniffing and other self-medication available on the street. At Casa Angelina, these children find an environment where they are cared and nurtured into physical, mental and spiritual health.

We’ve now had the joy of seeing many of these children’s lives — whose futures had seemed void of any hope — grow into thriving successful young adults. We continue to be inspired by these children and their incredible stories of restoration.
